Photographing art is a tricky business. First of all, in every photograph I’ve made, the colors are wrong, despite all the editing I do. Second, the photos need to be edited in such a way that they are easy to view on a computer screen. This led me to editing the seated nude in such a way that the paper now looks darker than the gray paper used in the drawing of a young man. I use a really easy but useful program for editing pictures – Photoscape – but photography is an art unto itself, and one I haven’t spent much time learning.
